Moisture separators are designed for use in air handling systems that require the collection of either oil mist or water droplets.
CONSTRUCTION -The Aluminum moisture separator is made with a 0.037 aluminum frame surrounding a multi-layered pad which includes both aluminum expanded media and screen. The moisture separators are constructed with 10 layers of media supported by a heavy 0.037 aluminum frame. The mist eliminator has both expanded media and fine screen media layered in a way that will collect large amounts of either oil or water. The moisture separator also has three drain holes in both the top and the bottom to allow proper drainage. Fits in any standard filter retainer designed for 24"x24"x2" nominal filters. MAX TEMPERATURE: 250° F.

Pleated Charcoal filter made with a carbon (coconut shell based) impregnated synthetic media, containing 10.44 grams of carbon per sq. foot of media area. The pleats increase the surface area of carbon exposed to the air flow. For example, a 24” x 24” x 2” charcoal pleated filter contains 14 square feet of effective media face area compared to only 4 square feet for a filter pad.
The frame is a rigid water resistant beverage board. These filters are more than odor removers, they also are effective filtering elements. Filters tested by ASHRAE Standard 52-76. Fits in any standard filter retainer designed for 24"x24"x2" nominal filters.
