Single-Ply Polyester/Neoprene Flexible Duct

A multi-purpose suction or exhaust hose for ventilation equipment offering durability, flexibility and light weight.  Hose ends have cuffs with enclosed Nylon ring for easy installation.

This one-ply hose provides increased flexibility without sacrificing durability. It is chemical resistant. This hose is constructed with a neoprene-coated polyester fabric on both sides and is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix (meeting ASTM227 specifications) for support. It provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance and is flame retardant to UL94V-0 rating.

Incinerable Flexible Duct

A multi-purpose suction or exhaust hose for ventilation equipment offering durability, flexibility and light weight.  Hose ends have cuffs for easy installation.

This Hose is constructed of single-ply acrylic urethane-coated polyester base fabric reinforcement. It utilizes an incinerable grade nylon rod non-metal helix and is manufactured in a medium pitch construction. The hose uses a custom compounded acrylic coating that is specifically designed for incinerable and high temperature applications as well as high temperature adhesive.

Service temperature range:  -40° F to +325° F

Two-Ply Polyester/Neoprene Flexible Duct

This hose provides increased flexibility without sacrificing durability.  It provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance and is flame retardant to UL94V-0 rating.

This hose is constructed with a neoprene coated polyester fabric (2-ply construction) on both sides, and incorporates a continuous spring steel wire helix (meeting ASTM227 specifications) for support.  It is manufactured with a continuous over/under lock construction method.

This hose provides increased flexibility without sacrificing durability.  It provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance. It is flame retardant to UL94V-0 rating, as well as being high temperature, UV/Ozone resistant, and oil resistant.

This hose is constructed with a polyester-acrylic urethane blend coated fabric (2-ply construction) on both sides, and incorporates a continuous spring steel wire helix (meeting ASTM227 specifications) for support.  Manufactured with a continuous over/under lock construction method.
